this post was about his street that he denied living on i have always said that i live in a functionally obselescent house in a neighborhood that has changed from rural to million dollar homes, lol, now is the value of the street that house is on ever going to appreciate or will it take making a vacant lot on each side of his home to make it more desireable,,, focus on the picture,not what stones you want throw at my old block home, built in the 40's lol, trust me, i would rather live on my street.
WOW! I would have to say that you have lost it mona! Strange, I have checked into that street(weather or not he lives there is irrelevant), by calling I have found out that there is a house on that street for just under 200K and on the other end of it there are places down around 25k.. Strange I found out this much with a few simple phone calls to real estate agents. Might try to do a little more home work next time. I am starting to believe you are the loser here not cutter!

oh and btw your property analysis of property on alford and surrounding streets is wrong, thier are two sides to the street, one by the tracks, the other on the other side of the highway, the white folks side, you need to research a little better.........peace, mona

Mona you should look at your google maps better! No highway, No "tracks" dividing that road. Maybe IF YOU did your research a little better you might find that on both streets, either side of said street, houses are selling for 50-100K depending on the location.
MAYBE IF YOU ALL RESEARCHED A LITTLE BETTER YOU WOULD ALSO KNOW THAT YOU CANT SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T OWN, I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU ,,,,LOL YOU ARE NOT AN AGENT, I WAS AND KNOW HOW TO DO PROPERTY COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS.
