The Y!Epic chat client software allows the software permission to make changes to your computer system and is suspected of silently injecting spyware. If you download the Y!Epic software, you should scan the Y!Epic software .exe file with a quality antivirus system. You will see that Y!Epic software fails to pass the virus/spyware scan. Y!Epic software is deemed unsafe to install on to your computer.
THERE ARE MANY REPUTABLE YAHOO! CHAT CLIENT SOFTWARES ON THE MARKET THAT DO PASS VIRUS SCANS! I would strongly recommend that you choose a different Yahoo! chat client.
UPDATE:
I informed the Y!Epic UK software owner of my findings he elected to immediately silence me by banning me from his chat client software(s). He immediately made changes to my computer system using his software administrative priveledges that the software system provides him.
Lee’s action infuriated me… so, I investigated his software files and noted the changes that he made & I corrected them. I logged right back in to his software and told Lee he would not silence me like that. Edward (aka: Lee) then became enraged with my ability to circumvent his banning me from the chatroom. Edward then congratulatd me for my abilities and then stated on the mic that he would use his abilities to now perform DOS Attacks against my system. Lee performed multiple DOS Attacks against my system and router over the next few days.
Edward (aka: Lee) then followed me into a Yahoo Chatroom named "Yahoo Government Politics Lobby 1″ and attacked me. Lee used his programming abilities to attack & disconnect every single chatroom user in the room. All chatroom users then had to resign in to Yahoo again. Multipe users have reported there are/were problems with their computer systems. Some users have not been seen since the attack and possibly have computer system errors caused by the attack that are actually preventing them from accessing the chatroom.
It is very evident that TPLSoutions / Y!Epic has now made this a personal issue and has lost sight of their company vison.
Shame on you TPL Solutions!
